Truth in Action- The mission of Lakeside Bible Camp, in partnership with its member churches, is to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ by providing a camping/conference center experience where the gospel of Jesus Christ is proclaimed and believers are prepared to serve God and people.

Junior Boys

WHO: Boys age 8-11

WHEN: July 9-15, 2017

Summer camps don't get any better than this! Jump on a BMX bike, shoot a bullseye, and protect the camp from pirates!  On top of all the fun, campers will hear Gospel-centered Bible teaching from a great speaker. Junior Boys have the opportunity to earn their Pathfinder & Islander Patches through memorization, participation, and a positive attitude.

Age/Grade: LBC camps are broken down by age and grade. We host camps for those who have just finished second grade and will be entering third grade all the way through this year's high school graduates. Campers should be at least 8 years old at the time of the camp and no older than age 11.

Cost:               $345                HALF OFF = $172.50

 

Junior Girls

WHO: Girls age 8-11

WHEN: July 23-29, 2017

Girls camp has never been so fun! When the sun is out, campers can swim, kayak, innertube or even build sand-castles. For action-packed adventure, they can go BMX-riding or rock climbing. When inspiration strikes, the craft room is waiting.  

The girls will have a blast, but more importantly, they will also gain knowledge about the Bible and grow in their relationship with Christ. By the end of the week, girls will have had the opportunity to earn a Pathfinder or an Islander Patch through memorization, participation in skills class, and good attitudes.

Age/Grade: LBC camps are broken down by age and grade. We host camps for those who have just finished second grade and will be entering third grade all the way through this year's high school graduates. Campers should be at least 8 years old at the time of the camp and no older than age 11.

Senior Boys

WHO: Boys age 10-13

WHEN: July 30-August 5, 2017

This is summer camp at its best! Ride BMX bikes, fish, innertube, and play games with ingenious challenges. When you're not getting dirty, enjoy some of the best Bible teaching around. Campers have the opportunity to earn the highly esteemed Navigator and Voyager patches by memorizing verses, participating in skills class, and demonstrating a good attitude. This is the place to be!

Age/Grade: LBC Camps are broken down by age and grade. We host camps for those who have just finished second grade and will be entering third grade all the way through this year's high school graduates. Campers should be at youngest 10 years old at the time of the camp and no older than age 13.

Cost:               $375                HALF OFF = $187.50


Women’s Retreat

WHO: Women age 18 and older. Teens who are 16 and older may come accompanied by a parent or guardian.

WHEN: October 13–15, 2017

The women’s retreat at Lakeside Bible Camp is like an Autumn picnic with the warmth of great friends and cabins close to the lake. It’s a time to enjoy good coffee from the new Camp Café, to explore beautiful Whidbey Island, and to be together as Women. This year our speaker is Dianne Miller who serves on the Women’s Ministry Leadership team of Bible.org. She has dedicated years as a teaching leader for Bible Study Fellowship and to women’s ministries in churches in Atlanta and Dallas.

Cost:               $100                  HALF OFF = $50.00

 

Man Camp Retreat

WHO: Men age 18 and older. Teens who are 16 and older may come accompanied by a parent or guardian.

WHEN: January 5–6, 2018

The Men’s Retreat (or Man Camp as we call it) at Lakeside Bible Camp is an opportunity for you to recruit your men’s small group at church and have a faith building experience together in God’s word. Join us for 24 hours of Bible Study, competitions, games, and service projects (which are optional). Our good friend Jon Glock from Emmaus Bible College will serve as our speaker in 2018. He has served Emmaus Bible College since 1994 and currently maintains a dynamic itinerant preaching ministry as he frequents camps and conferences across North America.

Cost:               $100                  HALF OFF = $50.00

Terms of Agreement: 

CAMPS: Each registration voucher is valid for the registration cost for attendance at the specified camp for the 2017 summer season.  All other costs of attending the camp, including personal supplies, sports equipment, uniforms, and any additional fees, are not covered by the voucher and are the responsibility of the camper and/or  his or her parent or guardian.   Purchase of a voucher does not guarantee admittance for a student to the specified camp, and the student must meet all camp admission, attendance, and conduct requirements to attend. The voucher is not transferable, and may be used only by a family or household member of the purchaser.  The voucher is not returnable or redeemable for cash, except if a camp confirms to 820 AM THE WORD that a prospective camper with a voucher completed all application requirements but was not admitted to the camp, in which case upon request by the voucher purchaser 820 AM THE WORD will refund the cost paid to 820 AM THE WORD for the voucher.  The voucher purchaser should consult with his or her tax advisor concerting the tax treatment of camp payment using the voucher.
